How do you go about business as usual when an office of 15 (now 14) has just been told their coworker died this morning while on vacation? I never actually thought I’d have to track down family members or try to find out the life insurance beneficiary for one of our own. This qualifies as the worst day at the office. No one knows what to do, but the phone keeps ringing and the emails keep coming.
