During the fall semester of my senior year in college, the entire campus’ network was infected with a worm.  It really messed up my PC, but being a typical college student, I just dealt with it instead of taking it across campus to be repaired (read: wiped).

6 years later, I decided to work on it.  Amazingly, I was able to recover all my papers, music, and photos.  I had fewer photos than I remembered having, but it makes sense considering that I didn’t have a digital camera back then.  Also, the music collection I spent hours (days? weeks? months?) illegally downloading sophomore year that I was so proud of is pretty wimpy.

I think it’s safe to say that much (though not all) of my musical taste has changed.  It took me at least 5 minutes before I could remember who Zwan was and why I had 6 of their songs in my collection.
